Founded by Fatin, NOURÉ_ was born from a personal journey of managing chronic inflammation and prioritising long-term wellbeing through food. While navigating an ongoing autoimmune diagnosis, Fatin became even more intentional about the role food plays in supporting everyday health. Through her experience, she discovered that eating well wasn’t about perfection or strict diets— it was about building sustainable habits with wholesome, flavourful ingredients.Drawing from over a decade in the local F&B industry and her experience running a small-batch baking business, Fatin brings the same care, craftsmanship, and attention into every creation. NOURÉ_ is an extension of that belief—that nourishing food should be thoughtfully made, genuinely enjoyable, and accessible for everyday life.
